Admin. Assistant (UAE National Only)
About the Role
The Administrative Assistant will support the HR and Admin department by performing various clerical and administrative tasks. This role plays a key part in ensuring efficient office operations and compliance with company policies and timelines.
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the HR and Administration team.
- Coordinate with the PRO to manage applications and renewals for company licenses, certifications, and employee visas.
- Prepare and translate Arabic letters and correspondence when needed.
- Maintain organized records, filing systems, and document safekeeping.
- Update and manage office policies and procedures.
- Ensure adherence to HSE policies and company standards.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the line manager.
Qualifications
- High school diploma; additional certification in administration or secretarial work is an advantage.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar administrative role.
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Basic knowledge of office equipment and administrative processes.
