Admin. Assistant (UAE National Only)

About the Role

The Administrative Assistant will support the HR and Admin department by performing various clerical and administrative tasks. This role plays a key part in ensuring efficient office operations and compliance with company policies and timelines.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the HR and Administration team.
  • Coordinate with the PRO to manage applications and renewals for company licenses, certifications, and employee visas.
  • Prepare and translate Arabic letters and correspondence when needed.
  • Maintain organized records, filing systems, and document safekeeping.
  • Update and manage office policies and procedures.
  • Ensure adherence to HSE policies and company standards.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the line manager.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma; additional certification in administration or secretarial work is an advantage.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar administrative role.
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Basic knowledge of office equipment and administrative processes.

Key Requirements

  • CheckMinimum Education: High School (additional admin qualification preferred)
  • CheckMinimum Experience: 2 years in an administrative or HR support role
  • CheckStrong proficiency in MS Office
  • CheckBilingual (Arabic translation ability is a plus)
