The Erector assists in all on-site construction and installation activities. The role involves preparing the worksite, operating and maintaining basic machinery, and supporting the team leader in ensuring smooth project execution and a safe working environment.
Responsibilities
- Prepare site equipment, materials, and tools for daily operations.
- Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment.
- Assist with operating heavy machinery and construction equipment.
- Assemble and dismantle scaffolding, barricades, and temporary structures.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe worksite at all times.
- Follow all HSE policies and safety guidelines.
- Support the team leader in executing assigned site tasks.
- Perform additional duties as directed by the supervisor or team leader.
Qualifications
No formal education required; High School Diploma preferred.
Experience
No prior experience required; minimum 2 years in a similar role preferred (construction industry).

- Physical strength and stamina for handling heavy tools and equipment
