The Machine Operator is responsible for running a specific section of the production line, maintaining consistent quality and output, and ensuring the process runs efficiently according to production targets. This role requires technical awareness, attention to detail, and strong coordination with team members.

• Operate assigned production line sections as per the daily production and loading plans.
• Train assistant operators to perform their duties efficiently and maintain production continuity.
• Take ownership of the assigned station, ensuring product quality, process consistency, and equipment performance.
• Monitor machinery operation and immediately report any errors or irregularities to the Shift Leader.
• Communicate effectively with operators in other workstations to ensure coordinated workflow.
• Continuously work toward improving workmanship and reducing machine downtime.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the machine and surrounding areas.
• Follow and promote company HSE policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Shift Leader.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience in machine operation, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Basic understanding of electrical or mechanical systems is an advantage.

Minimum 5-6 years in a similar machine operation role within a manufacturing setup.
