The Project Estimator plays a key role in developing detailed and accurate cost estimates for projects. This position involves analyzing drawings and specifications, preparing BOQs, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure competitive and reliable project proposals.

• Analyze project drawings, blueprints, and specifications to identify material, labor, and time requirements.
• Prepare detailed and accurate BOQs and cost estimates aligned with tender specifications.
• Compute total project costs by evaluating all required resources.
• Collaborate with sales and technical teams to ensure alignment between design intent and cost data.
• Prepare and present estimates and summary reports with clear, organized data.
• Visit clients or project sites to clarify technical details when required.
• Ensure compliance with company HSE policies and procedures.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the Technical Manager.

• Diploma or degree in Engineering, Architecture, or related technical discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in estimation or project costing.
• Proficient in AutoCAD (2D/3D); knowledge of Revit or Adobe software is an advantage.
• Strong MS Office skills and ability to analyze numerical data.
• Detail-oriented with strong communication and coordination skills.
