As a Site QA/QC Engineer, you will support the Quality and Supply Chain teams in maintaining EIP’s quality standards across all site operations. The role ensures that installations meet approved drawings and procedures, while driving continuous improvement through audits, documentation, and corrective actions.

• Inspect and monitor site activities in line with approved method statements and inspection test plans.
• Coordinate with consultants and site teams to resolve quality issues and close non-compliance reports.
• Maintain QA/QC documentation including certificates, calibration reports, inspection records, and NCR logs.
• Participate in internal and external audits, ensuring timely documentation and closure of findings.
• Address customer complaints through effective corrective actions.
• Support the implementation of HSE and QMS standards on-site.
• Assist the Process Engineer and act as a backup when required.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Quality from manufacturing or construction sectors.
• Certified Internal Auditor (ISO 9001:2015).
• Strong knowledge of quality methodologies such as Six Sigma, LEAN, or ISO 9000.
• Proficient in MS Office; excellent communication and reporting skills.
• UAE driving license preferred.
