The Yard Helper assists with the overall upkeep and organization of the yard area, ensuring materials and equipment are properly stored, handled, and maintained. This role plays a key part in supporting logistics operations through efficient handling of supplies and adherence to safety standards.

• Organize and store materials, equipment, and supplies in designated yard areas.
• Load, unload, and move materials within the yard or facility.
• Maintain yard cleanliness by removing debris and ensuring a safe environment.
• Assist in maintaining yard equipment — cleaning, fueling, and checking functionality.
• Follow safety procedures and wear appropriate PPE at all times.
• Support the Yard Supervisor and assist team members with daily operations.
• Help with inventory checks, report shortages, and track materials accurately.
• Aid in loading/unloading trucks or containers as required.
• Perform additional yard or maintenance-related tasks as assigned.

• High School Diploma or equivalent; a diploma in logistics or related field is an advantage.
• Demonstrated experience in yard, warehouse, or logistics operations.

Minimum 2 years of experience in warehouse or yard operations within manufacturing or construction environments (preferred).
