Production Technology
Our production is carried out on an automated continuous production line from Germany that boasts consistent quality and reliable output.
With an annual production capacity of 3 million sqm, our line is prepared to deliver high-quality EIP products worldwide.
Panel Production
Our panel production line features multiple stations arranged in a smooth operational flow to meet diverse project requirements while reducing errors through automation. Some of the stations include a decoiler, profiling section, foam application station, special cut-to-length sensored system, curing zone, and a seamless packaging unit.
Flashings & Accessories Production
Our facility uses fully automated machinery that can produce flashings up to 6 meters in length, delivering high productivity, precise bending, and consistent quality. Shapes can be fully customized to meet project-specific design requirements.
We use three dedicated machines for cutting, bending, shearing, and curving. This enables us to produce flashings that match panel profiles perfectly and have a clean, finished appearance.
To improve project efficiency, our team can pre-cut and pre-assemble accessory packs, reducing installation time and minimizing material waste on site.
